Tip Icon CAUTION: Account deletion requests are not reversable. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be restored back into XactRemodel. If you choose to reactivate your account in the future, please be aware that the deleted data will not be recoverable.


Data that will be deleted includes project data, stored attachments, estimate details, company details, and user accounts.


If you wish to have your data deleted after an account has been cancelled, please email support@xactremodel.com. Please include the following:

Note: If you have not already cancelled your account, please do so first. See our Cancel or change a XactRemodel and XactRestore subscription document for assistance.
  • A subject of Data Deletion Request
  • Your Xactware ID (email address)
  • Your first and last name
  • Your company name
