Export projects to Direct Supplier

Direct Supplier is the fast, simple way to quickly order your materials and supplies from a project. If you have a XactRemodel account, getting started is simple.


Tip Icon IMPORTANT: Direct Supplier is only available in the US. Any projects sent from XactRemodel to Direct Supplier need to have a US-based address and US-based price list. Projects can only be sent from Xactimate to Direct Supplier. No data comes back to XactRemodel from Direct Supplier. Projects cannot be exported from XR Mobile to Direct Supplier.


Follow the steps below to export a project to Direct Supplier.


  1. Within a project, select Reports.
  2. Select Send to Direct Supplier.
    Note: Depending on screen size and resolution, you may need to scroll down.

  3. A black bar appears after a moment; select Open to be taken to Direct Supplier.
