Setup work week schedule

Admin users can edit the work week and non-working days used with the automated scheduling feature. Changes made from the Settings page impact newly created projects. To update an existing job’s schedule, follow the steps in the automatic scheduling section of our Scheduling overview document.


Tip Icon You can automatically schedule projects with the XactRemodel and XactRestore Pro subscription tiers. To upgrade your subscription, contact our sales team at 1-833-352-9228. Additionally, scheduling is only available on XactRemodel and XactRestore online, not from XR Mobile.

Non-working days


Work week schedule

Follow the steps below to set default working days and times. To set specific days as a non-working day (such as a holiday), see the steps in the next section.


  1. Select Admin.

  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Select Non-working day or a listed time range.

  4. Switch on Working Day.
    Note: To change an existing scheduled day to a non-working day, switch Working Day off.
  5. Set a Start time and End time.
  6. Select Save.

Non-working days

The non-working days section can be used to set specific days off, such as for holidays or vacations.


  1. Select Admin.

  2. Select Schedule.
  3. Select Add non-working date.
    Note: To edit or delete existing dates, select the named non-working date.

  4. Add a Description.
  5. Add the Non-working date.
  6. Select Add.
