Type of loss

You can easily associate projects with a loss type, allowing you to better track what work is being done.

Note: The process below covers adding the type of loss within a project. The type of loss can also be captured in the lead creation process. For assistance with the lead creation process, see our Lead creation in XactRestore document.

Tip Icon The type of loss functionality is limited to customers with an XactRestore or XactRestore Pro subscription. XactRemodel subscribers can upgrade to receive this feature by calling our PropTech Sales Department at 833-352-9228 between 7 AM - 4 PM (Mountain Time), Monday - Friday.


Follow the steps in the sections below to add a type of loss to your projects.

  1. Within a project, select Summary.
  2. Select the desired Type of Loss from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Yes.

  4. Select the desired Cause of Loss from the drop-down menu.
    XRProjHomeCause

The type of loss also appears in the project list.

  1. Within a project, select Summary.
  2. Select Loss details.
    Note: Depending on screen size and resolution, you may need to scroll down.
  3. Select the desired Type of loss from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the desired Cause of loss from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the checkmark icon to save.
  6. Select Yes.
