XactRestore, a new tier of XactRemodel, helps restoration contractors streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve project management. This new subscription tier makes business operations more efficient and effective, leading to better service delivery and increased client satisfaction.
XactRestore includes the following new features.
- Multi-user access and rights management: With additional licenses, multiple users can access the same projects, and you can assign different permission sets to different user types.m For more information, see our Manage users and roles document.
- Project history log: You can now view a list of project updates. For more information, see our Project history log document.
- Additional pricing categories: You can access an expanded pricing database with additional categories for water remediation and mitigation-related items. This allows you to create more accurate and detailed estimates, improving your chances of winning bids and ensuring profitability.
- Key workflow dates: Key workflow dates allow you to track milestones on a project. For more information, see our Set project dates document.
- Centralized document management: You can store more file types in a project with XactRestore. For more information, see our Manage photos and documents document.
- Scheduling related items
- Automatic scheduling: XactRestore's auto-scheduling feature streamlines project management by generating a project schedule after you create an estimate. This eliminates the need for manual schedule creation, saving you time, and reducing the risk of errors.
- Expected labor durations: The feature uses expected labor durations from the estimate's line items to create organized project tasks. This helps you build schedules around realistic timelines, improving project planning, and execution.
- Construction phase tasks: The feature names project tasks after common construction phases, making the schedule easier to understand and follow. This keeps everyone aligned and helps team members know what to expect at each stage of the project.
- Dependency sequencing: The feature sequences tasks based on dependencies, creating a coherent and efficient project timeline. This schedules tasks in the correct order, prevents delays, and helps the project progress smoothly.
- Task reports and workorders: Generate detailed task reports or work orders that identify all the work required to complete each phase of the project. This feature provides a clear overview of the tasks, materials, and labor needed to help you manage resources effectively and ensure that nothing is overlooked.
- Xactimate integration: If you use Xactimate to write bids for insurance carriers but still need a way to manage the job after it is awarded, you can now pull estimates directly from Xactimate into XactRestore. This integration lets you manage the job from start to finish, streamline your workflow, and reduce the need for manual data entry.
