Subscribe to XactRemodel or XactRestore

Follow the steps below to sign up for a new XactRemodel or XactRestore subscription.


Tip Icon The steps below should only be used for new subscriptions. To renew a previously cancelled subscription, or change your existing subscription, please contact our PropTech Sales Department at 1-833-352-9228 between the hours of 7:00am – 4:00pm (Mountain Time), Monday – Friday. To cancel a subscription, see our Cancel or change a subscription document.


  1. Go to the Xactware Store page for XactRemodel or XactRestore.
    Note: The steps below show the page for XactRemodel, but the process is similar for XactRestore. For more information on the differences between products, see our XactRemodel and XactRestore subscription levels document.
  2. Select 12-month or 1-month.
  3. Under the desired subscription tier, select Select.
    Note: To add a second user to your account, select Select under the additional user section. To add XactAI at the same time, select Select under XactAI as well. For more information on XactAI, see our XactAI document.

  4. Select Go to Checkout.

  5. Select Go to Checkout.

  6. Select Sign in or New customer.
    Note: The following steps assume you have selected new customer.

  7. Fill out the form.

  8. Enter your payment information.
  9. Select the checkbox to accept the terms of service and privacy policy.
  10. Select Confirm purchase.

Your subscription is set up, and you are asked to create a password if you haven’t already. Once you create a password and verify your email address, you can start using XactRemodel or XactRestore.
