Add line item notes to record important details about line items, such as color, material, and SKU. These notes are printed on the proposal report.
XactRemodel and XactRestore online
XactRemodel and XactRestore online
Follow the steps below to add line item notes in XactRemodel and XactRestore online.
- Within a project, select Estimate.
Note: If the project menu is hidden, select the project menu icon.
- Navigate to the desired group.
- Select the desired line item.
- In the Notes field, enter any required notes.
Note: Depending on screen size, you may need to scroll down.
- Select Save Changes.
XR Mobile
Follow the steps below to add line item notes in XR Mobile.
Note: The steps and screenshots below are from an iOS device; however, the process is similar on iPadOS and Android devices.
- Within a project, select Estimate.
- Navigate to the desired group.
- Select the desired line item.
- In the Notes field, enter any required notes.
Note: Depending on the screen size, you may need to swipe up to see the notes field.
- Select the checkmark button to save.
