Where do I find training on XactRemodel?
XactRemodel offers multiple training options to help you get up to speed. These training options range from quick tip videos on YouTube to live virtual training with an XactRemodel trainer.
Where do I go if I have questions or need to contact someone in customer support?
Log on to the eService Center to chat with an XactRemodel customer service representative 24/7. This online chat option is a free service that is available to any customer. There are other support options available for a fee, but the free 24/7 live chat is the recommended option.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my billing or if I need to pay my invoice?
If you have any questions about an invoice or any concerns about your billing, reach out to our billing team at 800-758-9228, or send an email to pesxactwarebilling@verisk.com.
Where can I find documentation on the different features of XactRemodel?
Visit support.xactremodel.com for documentation about the different features available in XactRemodel. The documentation includes walkthroughs on how to perform different actions and short videos on how different features work.
How often does XactRemodel update the pricing databases in the product?

What is XactRemodel and what does it do?

What is the difference between Xactimate and XactRemodel?
Xactimate and XactRemodel are both software products developed by Verisk Analytics, Inc. (formerly known as Xactware Solutions, Inc.), but they serve different purposes. Xactimate is software for estimating and managing property insurance claims, while XactRemodel is designed specifically for remodeling projects.
Xactimate is widely used by insurance adjusters, contractors, and restoration professionals to estimate the cost of repairs and replacements necessary to restore a property to its pre-loss condition. The legacy version of XactRemodel was a desktop application that had limitations on what could be built. By developing the application on a web-based platform, you have greater flexibility and power to build new features to improve your overall workflows. Being in a cloud environment also allows us to push out updates at any time, so you can be sure you are always using the latest version of the software.
Is XactRemodel compatible with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets?
Yes, XactRemodel is available via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store as XR Mobile. You need an active subscription to log in to XR Mobile, but once you log in, you have access to all your data regardless of which platform you use to log in to XactRemodel.
