How do I cancel or change my subscription?

XactRemodel and XactRestore offers a straightforward process to manage your account or get answers for billing related questions.
Questions about billing methods or an invoice
Change subscription tier
To change between subscription tiers, please reach out to the PropTech Sales Department by calling 1-833-352-9228 between 7 AM and 4 PM Mountain Time Monday-Friday.

Questions about billing methods or an invoice
For questions about an invoice received or to update your payment method, please reach out to our Billing Department by calling 1-800-758-9228 between 7 AM and 5 PM Mountain Time Monday-Friday or by emailing pesxactwarebilling@verisk.com.
Note: Additionally, you can manage your invoices and payment methods in the Verisk Customer Portal.
Cancel subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the Verisk Customer Portal.
- Within XactRemodel, select the account icon.
- Select Manage Account.
- Select MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION. The Verisk Customer Portal opens.
- Select the three-dot menu icon next to your subscription.
- Select Cancel subscription.
Note: Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Afterward, the subscription will be deactivated.
