Subscription levels
There are three XactRemodel subscription levels:
- Studio:
- Create bids on the go with Internet access.
- Utilize our pricing database.
- Generate professional proposals.
- Build a custom price list.
- Produce multiple, 2D floor plans and view them in 3D.
- Create bids based on floor plans.
- Automatically generate line item components based on floor plans.
- Pro: Includes the above, plus:
- Modify individual line item components.
- Obtain a detailed report of material, labor, costs, and more.
- Export estimate data to a .CSV file.
- Connect to QuickBooks for invoicing.
- Upload photos and attach to reports.
- Automatic schedule creation with Magic Wand sync tool.
- Customize project-specific items at any point in the process.
- XactRestore: Includes the above, plus:
- Seamless Xactimate® integration.
- Restoration-specific line items and expanded pricing categories.
- Key project timeline and milestone tracking.
- Customize project-specific items at any point in the process.
- Centralized document management.
- Store files directly within each project and include them in reports, as necessary.
How to purchase or upgrade
- New users: You can select your subscription level when signing up at www.verisk.com/resources/campaigns/xactremodel.
- Existing customers whose subscription has expired: When renewing, you are able to select your subscription level.
- Existing customers whose subscription is still active: To switch subscription levels mid-subscription, you will need to call PropTech Sales at 833-352-9228 between the hours of 7 AM and 4 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday.
