Project History

The project history log provides a clear, detailed record of all updates made to a project. This is especially useful for companies with multiple users and helps ensure project oversight, accountability, and transparency.


This log is accessed from within an XactRemodel or XactRestore project in the Project History tab.

Each entry in the project history includes:


  • Time: When the change occurred.
  • User: Who made the change.
  • Feature: What part of the project was affected.
  • Action: Type of update.
  • Name: The specific item affected.
  • Description: A brief explanation of the change.

Items and actions that get tracked:


  • Groups created
  • Line items added
  • Schedule changes
  • Adding or editing attachments
  • Updating or creating rooms in Studio
  • Project summary changes
