Admin Users Control

Tip Icon Only users with administrative rights can access the XactRemodel Users menu. If you are not an administrator, reach out to one in your organization. If no one in the organization has administrative rights for the company, or to purchase additional licenses, please contact the XactRemodel Sales Department by calling 833-352-9228 during regular business hours of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday.

The Admin Users Control allows an admin to add, edit, and delete users as well as activate or deactivate seats in XactRemodel.

Add users
  1. From within XactRemodel. Click Users.
  2. Click Add User.

  3. Enter the user's information in the required fields.
  4. If the user is to be assigned an available seat, click the Activate User toggle.

  5. Within the Title/Role menu, select the desired user role.
  6. Click Save.

Edit users
  1. From within XactRemodel. Click Users.
  2. Double-click the desired user.

  3. Make any desired changes.
  4. Click Save.

Delete users
  1. From within XactRemodel. Click Users.
  2. Once the correct user has been located, click the menu.
  3. Click Delete.
