Key Workflow Dates (Beta)

XactRestore allows restoration contractors to track the date and time of specific events that take place throughout the project lifecycle. This feature is designed to help you manage your projects more efficiently by providing clear visibility into key milestones and deadlines.

The key workflow dates is available to users on XactRestore, which is currently in beta. If you would like to participate in the beta of XactRestore, please reach out by sending us an email: support@xactremodel.com

Key Dates You Can Track

  1. Date of Loss: The date when the loss or damage occurred.
  2. Date Received: The date when the job was received by your company.
  3. Customer Contacted: The date when the customer was first contacted regarding the job.
  4. Onsite Inspection: The date when the initial onsite inspection was conducted.
  5. Target Start Date: The planned start date for the restoration work.
  6. Target Completion Date: The planned completion date for the restoration work.
  7. Job Completed: The date when the job was fully completed.

Setting the date

To set a key workflow date on a project:

  1. Open a project and navigate to the "Summary" tab.
  2. In the Project Dates section, click the "Select current time" link to set the current date/time.
  3. If you need to adjust the date, click the date link again and change the date/time as needed.
