How do I change my subscription if I am being billed through the App Store or Play Store?

If you want to upgrade your XactRemodel subscription and are currently billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will want to cancel your mobile subscription prior to upgrading.

Upgrading your plan will take effect immediately; you will be charged the full amount for the new plan at the time of upgrade and your billing date will be changed.

Customers whose subscriptions are currently managed through their mobile app provider are not able to change their subscription via their respective app store. If you would like to change your subscription, you should first cancel your existing mobile app subscription, then select the new subscription at subscribe.xactremodel.com.
