Data Deletion Request Procedure

We understand that at times, users may wish to request the deletion of their data for various reasons. To streamline this process, we have established guidelines for submitting data deletion requests.

Submitting a Data Deletion Request:

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@xactremodel.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  2. In your email, provide the following information associated with your account:
    1. Email address
    2. First and last name
    3. Company name

Cancellation of Account:

If you are not yet cancelled, you will need to cancel your account before requesting data deletion. Please send an account cancellation request to our billing team at billing@xactware.com. See How do I cancel or change my subscription? for more details on the cancelation process.

Data to be Deleted:

Please be aware that the data deletion process will encompass all information within your account, including but not limited to:

  • Client project data
  • Stored attachments
  • Estimate details
  • Company details
  • User account

Irreversible Deletion:

Once the data is deleted, it cannot be restored back into XactRemodel. If you choose to reactivate your account in the future, please be aware that the deleted data will not be recoverable.
