Did you purchase your XactRemodel subscription on your Android device through Google Play? You can manage your subscription through your Google account.
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the upper left corner.
- Check to make sure you’re signed in to the Google account you used to purchase the subscription.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap XactRemodel GO.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Select a reason why you’re canceling and tap Continue.
- Tap Cancel subscription or Cancel trial.
- You’ll receive an email to your Google account to confirm your cancellation.
- Your account will be locked at the end of your biling cycle.

What happens to my account when I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your XactRemodel subscription, you will continue to have access to XactRemodel until the current subscription period has ended. After the subscription period has ended, you will no longer have access to XactRemodel. However, all your data will be saved and ready for you to pick back up right where you left off when you resubscribe.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by visiting xactremodel.com.
