Add Company Markup

Users have the ability to set a default markup for their company that will be applied to all future projects. The markup can be adjusted for individual items within a project as needed. Adding a markup default will ensure that the markup is being accounted for as you write your estimates.

Any changes to the default markup will only apply to newly created projects after the change has been made.

On Web

To set up a default markup, navigate to the Settings menu in the primary navigation.

Click the Edit menu within the Pricing section and enter the appropriate markup percentage that should be applied to your projects.

On Mobile

To add a company markup in the XactRemodel mobile app, navigate to the projects page and then tap your user icon in the top right corner. This will open up your account options; proceed by selecting "Pricing".

Once youre in Pricing, enter the appropriate markup percentage. This will be applied to your estimates.
