How do I cancel or change my subscription?

XactRemodel offers a straightforward process for canceling your account or managing your subscription status.

How to Update your XactRemodel Subscription:

For any changes to your XactRemodel subscription, please email our billing team at billing@xactware.com. Our billing team will process your request within 5 business days or sooner. For adjustments to your subscription tier or modifications to your payment method, please contact our billing department at 1-800-758-9228.

How to Cancel your XactRemodel Subscription:

  1. Login to XactRemodel.
  2. Click your profile icon at the top right corner, then select Manage Account.
  3. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
  4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking YES on the pop-up window.

Upon canceling your subscription, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Afterward, the subscription will be deactivated.
